"A Kind of Alchemy: Medieval Persian Ceramics" opened at the Frick Art Museum Friday, drawing a crowd for a first peek at the exhibition of vessels, bowls and other items that date back to the 10th century. The traveling exhibit will remain at the Frick through June 16.
