Oxford Development celebrated its 50th anniversary Tuesday with a gala reception at the Rivers Club. Founding family members including Anne Lewis, widow of Eddie Lewis, and Mark and Myrna Mason were on hand along with Oxford CEO Steve Guy to welcome a who's who of Pittsburgh including Mayor Luke Ravenstahl and County Executive Rich Fitzgerald.
