The March of Dimes held its second annual Transportation, Building and Construction Awards Luncheon Tuesday. It has been doing the same luncheon in Philadelphia for the past 20 years with great success. This year Pittsburgh's version drew nearly 500 to the Westin Convention Center to honor PennDOT's Barry Schoch, Richard Stanizzo Jr., the North Shore Connector and the Gates and Hillman Centers.
