Author Ian Knauer, former editor at Gourmet magazine, was the guest speaker for this year's Ladies Hospital Aid Society annual Fall Luncheon "One Handbag at a Time" Wednesday at LeMont Restaurant. While he did a cooking demo, guests were also treated to a silent auction featuring vintage handbags. The event was chaired by Mary Beth Hacke, Betsy Wotherspoon and Alexis Wukich.
