Former Steeler William Gay -- now an Arizona Cardinals cornerback -- experienced domestic violence in his own family and is now one of the staunchest supporters of the Women's Center and Shelter of Greater Pittsburgh. For his work, he was honored at the 2012 UPMC Health Plan Spring Clothes Out event Wednesday at the Rivers Club. Among those attending were honorary chair Diane Holder, co-chairs Rachel Lorey and Loretta Benec, shelter executive director Shirl Regan, Jay and Sara Davis Buss, Shelley and Doug Campbell and Maris Bondi.
