Dress for Success Pittsburgh held its kickoff lecture and luncheon event at the Rivers Club Thursday. The Fighting Spirit Warrior luncheon featured author and self-defense expert Jillian Bullock as guest speaker. CEO Michael Glass mingled with guests, board members and volunteers before Ms. Bullock delivered a motivational talk and self-defense demonstration. She overcame numerous challenges, including rape, drugs, homelessness, prostitution and cancer to become the woman she is today.
