Bethlehem Haven turned the spotlight on its fundraising efforts to provide services and shelter to homeless women with "Lighting Up the Night," a party in three parts Friday night. Part one was the VIP reception hosted by Brenda Waters on the fifth floor of Guardian Storage in the Strip. Steve Cohen (with Nancy) donated the space. The main party chaired by Kristen Richards (with Jim) began at 7 with a buffet by Bob Sendall's All in Good Taste and spoken word performances using the poetry of women being helped by Bethlehem Haven. They saved the best for last with LIT, an after-party for the younger, hip set. Mollie Hanna Lang (with Tom) chaired the party, which really got started after 9 just as some VIPs including Dr. Fred and Katy Sherman and Jack Goldsmith were heading home. Staying to share the light were executive director Lois Mufuka Martin, Debbie and Bill Demchak and Sara Walsh.
