Beer: CoStar Brewing, another local brew, debuts

Another local craft brewer officially launches tomorrow evening, when newly licensed CoStar Brewing of Highland Park serves some of its first kegs at Shadyside's William Penn Tavern. Some of the beer already has showed up for tastings there and elsewhere: Acacia on the South Side poured some Coffee Porter.
One of CoStar's owners, Dominic Cincotta, says the William Penn has been a big supporter of the tiny 'nanobrewery' from the start."
