Wilkinsburg real estate investor Kasey Connors will discuss buying, renovating and owning property at 10 a.m. next Saturday at the Landmarks Housing Resource Center, 744 Rebecca Ave., Wilkinsburg (15221).
The talk is free and presented by the Pittsburgh History & Landmarks Foundation. At 10 a.m. Jan. 26, Lorraine Linkhauer of Chatham University and Lucas Markantone of Markantone Painting will team up for another free program, "Brush Up on Color & Design: How to Paint Like the Pros."

Bus to Philly flower show
Atlas Travel Service is offering a bus tour of the Philadelphia Flower Show and the Barnes Museum on March 6-7. Participants will visit the Barnes, whose art collection was recently moved to a new building, and take an evening tour and guided morning tour of the Philadelphia Flower Show before the show opens to the public.
The cost, $369 per person, double occupancy, includes one night at the Holiday Inn Express-Midtown, breakfast, museum and show admission, service charges and baggage handling. A $100 deposit holds a spot, and balance must be paid by Jan. 18. Call 412-261-0248.
