Go to The Forks, the new food and drinks blog by dining critic Melissa McCart, food editor Bob Batz Jr. and food writer Gretchen McKay, and what will grow into a big cast of our colleagues, friends and other contributors.
The blog, at pgplate.com/forks, is on a new food platform, PG Plate, that also offers a new recipe search; eventually, pgplate.com will offer even more coverage and more interaction with readers and other customers as well as with bloggers and others.
