Pimento Cheese Spreadable Goat Cheese is a fresh take on the (sometimes) stodgy, beloved Southern classic pimiento-cheese, made with grated or processed cheddar and mayonnaise. This artisan-made chevre is light, creamy and full of flavor, with a hint of garlic. A 2013 Good Food Award winner, it's produced by Belle Chevre in Elkmont, Ala. Spread it on crackers, on toast, or spoon atop a baked potato. Look for it in area Whole Food stores. It sells for about $6.99 for a 6-ounce container.
