Pittsburghers hungry for food trucks have a new regular place and time to patronize them. Bar Marco in the Strip District is starting to host Food Truck Fridays starting tomorrow, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Slated to set up in its parking lot at 2216 Penn Ave. -- site of the Farmers@Firehouse market -- are trucks from Franktuary, Oh My Grill and Dozen. Bar Marco, Lucy's Banh Mi and Fukuda (soon to be a sushi restaurant in Bloomfield) also will be dishing up grub.

Says Bar Marco's Bobby Fry, "Every Friday thereafter we look to host food trucks, free of charge, to support the food movement in Pittsburgh." His take on trucks vs. restaurants? "The more great food the better."
