Vote on first lady's new 'do

The election is over, but you still get to vote: side sweep or bangs?

Michelle Obama turned 49 on Thursday and celebrated with a new hairstyle. In an image released on her new Twitter account, @FLOTUS (First Lady of the United States), she revealed the look the Washington Post style blog called "full-on, forehead-covering fringe," reminiscent of actress Kerry Washington's 'do at the Golden Globes, although fuller on the sides.

During President Obama's first term, the first lady mostly parted her hair and wore bangs swept to one side. Mrs. Obama's overall style will be under even more of a microscope than usual during inaugural events Sunday and Monday.

To vote on which hairstyle you prefer for the first lady, visit post-gazette.com and take our online poll. Results will be published along with fashion coverage of the inauguration in Tuesday's Magazine section.
