Lawnmower Blades

Blount International Inc., of Kansas City, Mo., is recalling about 950 Oregon Replacement Lawnmower Blades because they can break during normal use, posing a laceration hazard.

The recall involves Blount lawnmower replacement blades for Ariens 48-inch lawnmowers. "Oregon" part number "91-003" and "PA" or "PJ" are printed on the surface of the recalled blades. They were sold at lawn and garden stores from January 2010 through September 2011 for about $20.

Bicycle Handlebars

Euro Asia Imports, of La Crescenta, Calif., The Merry Sales Co., of South San Francisco and Bicycle Technologies Intl., of Santa Fe, N.M., are recalling about 2,000 bicycle handlebars because they can break while the user is riding the bike.

The recall involves Nitto aluminum bicycle handlebars with model number B259AA. "NITTO" and "B259" are printed at the end of the handlebars. They were sold at bicycle specialty stores and dealers nationwide from January 2008 through July 2011 for between $60 and $80.

Freezer Gel Packs

California Innovations Inc. of Toronto, Canada, is recalling about 248,000 Expandable Insulated Lunch Boxes and about 55,000 Travelin' Chef Expandable Thermal Food Carrier with freezer gel packs because the gel contains diethylene glycol and ethylene glycol that can leak out, posing a poisoning hazard.

They were sold at Costco Wholesale Clubs, Walmart and other retailers.
