FedEx has taken over sponsorship of the Great Hall inside Heinz Field, according to the Steelers organization.

The facility had been sponsored by Coca-Cola until earlier this year when the team switched soft-drink sponsors to go with Pepsi.

This morning's announcement of the FedEx deal said the sponsorship deal is for 10 years, and is effective immediately. No financial details were given.

The huge shipping company is based in Memphis, Tenn., but its FedEx Ground division is based in Moon. The company has more than 3,500 FedEx employees in the region, according to the announcement.

According to the release, the FedEx Great Hall houses historic memorabilia as well as the new Pub 33. Television shows such as Steelers Huddle and the McDonald's Steelers KidZone shows are taped there.
