FedEx Ground president to retire May 31

FedEx Corp. announced during its annual meeting in Memphis Tuesday night that David F. Rebholz, the president and CEO of the company's Moon-based unit, FedEx Ground, will retire from the company effective May 31.

Mr. Rebholz has lead the division since 2007. His successor was not named.
