FAB Universal, a Shadyside-based digital entertainment company formerly known as Wizzard Software, announced that it expects revenues to exceed $23 million for the fourth quarter.

A company news release noted the projections could change during completion of annual closing but said management believes the projections "have a reasonable basis."

"Our team has done a fantastic job of integrating our recent acquisition of FAB while continuing to grow our digital media distribution business," Chris Spencer, FAB Universal chief executive officer, said in a press release. "We believe we will see substantial growth throughout 2013 as well."
