Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P. has promoted Tania Perez, energy and real property, and Lesley Reynolds, health care, to partners. Ms. Perez focuses on federal regulatory proceedings and transactions involving energy development, with an emphasis on natural gas projects. She received her J.D. from Fordham University. Ms. Reynolds handles matters involving health care litigation and regulatory compliance. She received her J.D. from George Washington University Law School.
Dickie McCamey & Chilcote, P.C. said Larry A. Silverman has re-joined the firm after serving for 10 years as senior vice president and general counsel for the Pittsburgh Pirates. Mr. Silverman had practiced at DMC for 20 years prior to joining the Pirates. In addition to his Of Counsel position at the firm, Mr. Silverman will maintain his position as senior legal counsel to Aerotech Inc., a high technology manufacturing company. He is also an adjunct professor at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. He earned his J.D. at Duquesne University Law School. In addition, William P. Bresnahan II has joined the firm as a principal. He specializes in representing both the condemning authorities and property owners in the eminent domain field; commercial and industrial property owners in the real estate assessment field; oil and gas companies; construction litigation issues; and general real estate litigation. Mr. Bresnahan earned his J.D. from Thomas M. Cooley Law School.
Carla Schiff Donnelly joined Gentile, Horoho & Avalli, P.C. as an associate in its Pittsburgh office. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Donnelly practiced family law for 11 years at Stern and Edlin, P.C., a leading domestic relations firm in Atlanta, where she handled divorce, post-divorce and custody cases. She also specializes in preparing prenuptial agreements. Ms. Donnelly received her law degree from Emory University School of Law.

Ms. Davis is a member of the firm's labor and employment practice group, and counsels employers on employment relationship issues, including employment and non-competition agreements, discrimination, harassment, wage and hour compliance, Family and Medical Leave Act compliance, unemployment compensation and other issues. She earned her J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh.
Mr. Mandel is a member of the firm's commercial, real estate and public finance practice group. He focuses on borrowers and lenders in secured and unsecured commercial finance transactions, including asset-based loans, syndicated credit facilities, acquisition and second-lien financings, and other arrangements. He earned his J.D. from Fordham University.
