Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney said attorneys Rosemary J. Bruno, Newark, and Duane A. Stewart, III, Pittsburgh, were named BTI 2011 Client Service All-Stars for exceptional client service. To be nominated to the list of all-stars, an attorney must be named by a client; in its tenth year, The BTI Client Service All-Stars 2011 list is made up of 318 attorneys from law firms across the nation. Ms. Bruno is the managing shareholder in its Newark office and is a member of its advisory committee. Mr. Stewart's practice encompasses a range of patent, trademark, copyright, licensing, trade secret and unfair competition law. His focus is on the preparation, prosecution and litigation of patents in the small molecule and biotechnology fields.

Leech Tishman Fuscaldo & Lampl, LLC hired David S. Finkler, Timothy J. Lyon and Kimberly H. Tilghman. Mr. Finkler is an associate in the bankruptcy and creditors' rights and litigation practice groups. He previously served as a law clerk to state Supreme Court Justice Debra Todd. Mr. Lyon joined an associate in the litigation practice group. He previously worked for Pietragallo Gordon Alfano Bosick & Raspanti, LLP, where he represented a variety of clients, from pharmaceutical companies and firearms manufacturers to all-terrain vehicle producers in complex products liability actions in federal and state courts across the nation. He also served as a law clerk to U.S. Court of Appeals Third Circuit Judge Joseph F. Weis, Jr. Ms. Tilghman is an associate in the estates and trusts practice group. She is a recent graduate from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.

J. W. (Jack) Montgomery III, a partner in the insurance recovery practice at Jones Day, was voted a Client Service All-Star in BTI Consulting Group's 2011 national survey of corporate counsel.

Marcus & Shapira, LLP named Beth Henke, a former associate in the legal practice, as partner. Ms. Henke focuses her practice on representing employers in single-plaintiff, multi-plaintiff, and complex employment litigation, and has been involved in every aspect of the defense of employment-related actions in various federal and state tribunals. Her practice also involves representing employers in labor arbitrations and negotiations, union organizing campaigns, union avoidance campaigns and NLRB litigation. In addition to litigation matters, Ms. Henke devotes a substantial part of her practice to advising clients in all aspects of employment and labor law, including with respect to compliance with the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act and state wage and hour laws, employment policies and employment agreements. Ms. Henke graduated summa cum laude from Allegheny College in Meadville in 1996 and cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1999.

Burns White named two new practice group chairs and four new co-chairs, including Chad A. Wissinger, environmental group chair; Francis D. Wymard, immigration group chair; Lyle D. Washowich, banking and financial services litigation group co-chair; Dean F. Falavolito, employment law group co-chair and Kevin M. Eddy and Jeffrey D. Roberts, oil and gas group co-chairs. David B. White is the current co-chair of both the financial services litigation and oil and gas practice groups, while Jeffrey S. Adler serves as the employment law practice group co-chair.
