Leech Tishman elected Kaylyn Boca as a partner of the firm. Ms. Boca practices in its real estate and corporate practice groups. In her career, she has focused her practice in the area of commercial real estate, representing purchasers, sellers, landlords, tenants, secured lenders and borrowers in a wide range of transactions including commercial real estate acquisitions, sales, loans, leases and development projects.
Goehring Rutter & Boehm named Dana L. Bacsi and Mandi L. Scott as partners. Ms. Bacsi is a member of its litigation group. She has a broad civil litigation practice, including in the areas of commercial, product liability, personal injury, nursing home defense, and employment law. She is also experienced in insurance coverage disputes. Ms. Bacsi obtained her bachelor's degree from Penn State University. She received her J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law.
Ms. Scott focuses in the area of municipal creditor rights and other municipal and local tax matters. Ms. Scott practices in the area of appellate litigation, assisting clients in an array of practice areas on appeal in both state and federal court. She also specializes in oil and gas leasing and litigation related matters. Ms. Scott graduated from Bucknell University and received her law degree from the George Mason University School of Law.
Frank, Gale, Bails, Murcko & Pocrass, P.C. said that Ellis Kunka has joined the firm as an associate attorney. Mr. Kunka is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and the recipient of the 2011 Pennsylvania Chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers' Eric D. Turner Award.
Ryan A. Hauck joined Burns White LLC's Pittsburgh office as an associate in the workers' compensation practice group. He focuses his work on defending employers and insurance companies against workers' compensation claims. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Hauck worked as a law clerk at a business law firm in Pittsburgh, assisting with trial preparation, as well as researching and writing on various matters relating to school and municipal law, tax law, real estate, family law, estate planning and bankruptcy. Mr. Hauck is a graduate of Duquesne University School of Law.
