Jones Day topped BTI Consulting Group's 2013 "Client Service A-Team" ranking, which identifies the top law firms for client service through a national survey of corporate counsel.

Richard Hosking, a commercial disputes partner in the Pittsburgh office of global law firm K&L Gates, was named a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers at the college's 2012 annual meeting in New York City. Fellowships in the college are extended by invitation only, and lawyers must possess a minimum of 15 years of trial experience and have exhibited high standards of ethical conduct, professionalism, civility and collegiality.

Stacey F. Vernallis was appointed to the Pennsylvania Bar Association's Commission on Women in the Profession. Ms. Vernallis heads the Litigation Group at Goehring, Rutter & Boehm. She currently serves as national trial counsel in toxic tort and products liability claims, and represents a variety of insurers and businesses in catastrophic loss cases.

FGSM, P.C. announced that Tracy L. Jones has joined the firm as an associate in the estates and trusts practice group. Ms. Jones is a graduate of the Duquesne University School of Law.

The Washington County Chamber of Commerce recognized Peacock Keller partner Susan Mondik Key for her many years of valuable leadership and service. Ms. Key supported the civic organization in a leadership capacity for six years. From 2006 to 2007, she served on the Chamber's board of directors and during 2008 and 2009, Ms. Key served as member-at-large of the organization's executive committee. In 2010, she acted as chairwoman for the group. Ms. Key was also the past chairperson on the executive board in 2011 and 2012.
Ms. Key has served as a partner at Peacock Keller since 2003. She focuses her practice on estate planning and administration, estate litigation and elder law. Ms. Key also has extensive litigation experience in representing the firm's numerous school districts in tax assessment litigation.
Ms. Key graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.

Clifford Levine of Cohen & Grigsby was appointed to the Southwestern Pennsylvania Commission. Allegheny County Executive Rich Fitzgerald nominated Mr. Levine for the position with the commission, which serves as the official Metropolitan Planning Organization for the 10-county southwestern Pennsylvania region.
Mr. Levine is a partner at Cohen & Grigsby and head of its public affairs group. He has counseled real estate developers, energy companies, telecommunications firms and others in obtaining permits, contracts and governmental approvals through both negotiation and litigation. Mr. Levine also served as President Barack Obama's authorized statewide representative for the 2012 election.
