Mark DeRubeis, CEO, Premier Medical Associates, was named a member of the board of directors of the Greater Pittsburgh Chamber of Commerce.

F.N.B. Corp. appointed Laura E. Ellsworth and John S. Stanik as members of its board of directors.

William M. Guthrie joined Northwest Savings Bank as corporate senior vice president and senior executive of its wealth management division.

Aon Risk Solutions hired Emily Oborski as senior consultant.

Education

Justin A. Tatar was named assistant dean at CCAC Washington County Center.

Carlow University has selected Patrick Cunningham as vice president for finance and administrative services.

Engineering

Timothy C. Dean joined JMT as a senior associate and water engineering section head in its Pittsburgh office. He will be responsible for expanding its water/wastewater practice in the Western Pennsylvania region.

Allen & Shariff Engineering LLC hired James T. Marsili as a senior plumbing designer and Heather Stapel as a mechanical engineer.

Health

Christopher Hughes joined Family Hospice & Palliative Care as a team physician.

Advanced Orthopaedics & Rehabilitation said John Beachler join its medical staff. Dr. Beachler is a board-certified, highly credentialed orthopedic surgeon.

Manufacturing

MSA elected Nish Vartanian to the newly created position of vice president, fixed gas and flame detection; and Stacy McMahan to the newly created position of senior vice president of finance.

Nonprofit

Ward Home Inc. hired Peggy Wolstoncroft as director of development.

Masonic Villages, which includes the Masonic Village at Sewickley, named Jennifer Schwalm chief mission development officer.

Annie Hanna Cestra, chief operating officer, Howard Hanna Real Estate Services, was recently sworn in as chairman, Urban League of Greater Pittsburgh board of directors.

Professional Services

Stephanie Clark joined Select International's Technology Department as support services associate.
