Two Duquesne University professors with interest in global matters have been named the holders of the newest endowed chairs.
Clifford Bob, associate professor of political science in the McAnulty College and Graduate School of Liberal Arts, and Lisa Lopez Levers, professor in the department of counseling, psychology and special education in the School of Education, have been selected to hold the latest endowed chairs. Mr. Bob will hold the inaugural Raymond J. Kelley Endowed Chair in International Relations and Ms. Levers has been installed as The Rev. Francis Philben, Endowed Chair in African Studies.

Robert Noll, a pediatric psychologist at Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh of UPMC, was awarded a one-year Supportive Care Research grant of $98,917 from the St. Baldrick's Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to raising money for childhood cancer research.
