KDKA talk show host Kevin Miller made good on a promise today despite weather better suited to a bowl of chili than a pool of water.

Miller, you see, had promised his radio audience he would sit in a dunk tank if Mayor Luke Ravenstahl won re-election.

And as we all know now, Tuesday's vote wasn't close.

So, Miller took his show live to Market Square for his public bath amid temperatures hovering in the mid-40s. Passersby were given a chance to toss footballs and dunk the talk host in a 500-gallon tank in exchange for a donation to Special Olympics Allegheny County.
