The Fan's host to join CBS weekend lineup

CBS Sports Radio, the 24/7 network that launched last week on more than 100 stations including KDKA-FM The Fan 93.7 in Pittsburgh has chosen The Fan's morning host Gregg Giannotti as one of its weekend anchors. Mr. Giannotti is slated to handle the Saturday 2-6 p.m. slot in addition to his morning duties.

"Weekends are where the action is in the sports world," said Eric Spitz, director of programming for CBS Sports Radio.

The network, available to more than 10 million listeners on launch, features weekday talent such as Scott Ferrall, Jim Rome and John Feinstein. Weekend programming begins Saturday.
