Afternoon host John Seibel is out at sports/talk KDKA-FM (93.7)/The Fan.

The station decided not to renew Mr. Seibel's contract, said senior vice president and market manager of CBS Radio Pittsburgh Michael Young.

"When you have a radio station like The Fan that has a lot of different hosts paired together, it's a natural evolution that there are changes from time to time," Mr. Young said.

Mr. Seibel was teamed with Joe Starkey and Josh Miller in afternoon drive. He spent nine years at ESPN as a host and commentator before joining The Fan when it launched in February 2010.
