For the first time in "America's Next Top Model" history, men will be part of the contestant pool.

"ANTM," a staple on The CW since it was developed in part by supermodel/host Tyra Banks, is in its 20th cycle. This version will air as part of The CW's summer of original programming, and, for the first time, viewers will be part of the voting process.

An open casting call is Friday at the Latitude 40 entertainment complex in Robinson. Casting directors are looking for men and women ages 18 to 27, "of diverse backgrounds, shapes [and] sizes."

There is a height requirement: 5 feet 7 for women, 5 feet 10 for men. Hopefuls should check www.cwtv.com for more information.
