Chris Moore to be honored

WQED-TV's Chris Moore will receive one of the 2013 Art Rooney awards. Mr. Moore, a commentator for the PBS affiliate, will be honored with the Bill Burns award for journalistic excellence. The annual event will take place April 18 and benefit the Catholic Youth Association.
