The August Wilson Center Dance Ensemble has been invited to perform Aug. 24 at Jacob's Pillow in Massachusetts, a global capital for dance during its annual international festival from June to August.

The seven-member company, under the direction of Greer Reed, will dance "Regality" by Darrell Grand Moultrie, "New Second Line" by Camille A. Brown and "Breath" by Terence Greene as part of the Inside/Out series.

"I feel really fortunate and really blessed," Ms. Reed said. "We're actually closing out the festival and will be sharing the stage with Dance Theatre of Harlem."

Also on the festival lineup is Pittsburgh native Kyle Abraham, who received the 2012 Jacob's Pillow Dance Award of $25,000. His New York-based company Abraham.In.Motion will stage in late August its latest work "Pavement," which he brought in February to Byham Theater as part of the Pittsburgh Dance Council's 2012-13 season.
