Spring/summer concerts at a glance

It's March and it's freezing, but already the spring/summer outdoor calendar is taking shape.
There are more than a dozen shows announced for the First Niagara Pavilion so far -- eight of them country -- to go with a Stage AE lineup that will probably exceed 30 events.
We missed on the Justin Timberlake/Jay-Z stadium tour, but, again, the country is always reliable, this summer with Kenny Chesney and the occasionally banjo-playing Taylor Swift.
Consol Energy Center recently added Bruno Mars and Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers, generally an outdoor band, to its robust indoor schedule.
