On Friday, the night before Bruce Springsteen arrives in town, more than 25 Pittsburgh musicians will gather for Hungry Hearts 2, a tribute at Hard Rock Cafe at Station Square, to benefit the Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank.

There will be performances by Asbury Daze, SpinCycle, 8th Street Rox and many others.

According to the Food Bank, more than 323,000 people in southwestern Pennsylvania, including 120,000 children, face food insecurity, and this year, the Food Bank faced more than $300,000 in budget cuts.

"Each musician involved with Hungry Hearts has gladly volunteered their time and talent to support the critical work of the Food Bank in Pittsburgh," Jonathan Daniels, organizer and member of Asbury Daze said in a statement. "We are inspired by Bruce Springsteen's generous support of the Rainbow Kitchen and the moral imperative we all share in tending to the basic needs of families within our community."

Tickets are $15 at www.showclix.com/event/HungryHearts.
