In what must be a record, three notable movies made entirely or partially in Pittsburgh will be released in theaters in November and the first looks are filtering out.

Trailers for "The Next Three Days," Paul Haggis' prison-break thriller starring Russell Crowe and Elizabeth Banks, along with the Jake Gyllenhaal-Anne Hathaway picture "Love & Other Drugs" and the runaway train movie "Unstoppable" with Denzel Washington are popping up on the Web.

You can find images or previews at post-gazette.com/movies.

The city looks terrific in "Next Three Days" especially, with lots of recognizable locations including "money shots" from Mount Washington and overhead views as helicopters swoop over Downtown and cars screech to a halt on the Roberto Clemente and nearby bridges.

Although they are subject to change, here are the release dates: "Unstoppable," Nov. 12; "The Next Three Days," Nov. 19; and "Love & Other Drugs," Nov. 24.

Another call for 'Abduction' extras

"Abduction," the thriller with Taylor Lautner, is still seeking extras for Aug. 22, 26, 27, 30 and 31 and Sept. 1. You need only be 18 or older. Send photo and contact information, including e-mail address, to abductionextras@gmail.com.

SAG honoring Borgnine

Indefatigable actor Ernest Borgnine will receive the Screen Actors Guild Life Achievement Award for career achievement and humanitarian accomplishments.

He will accept the honor, saluting those who foster "the finest ideals of the acting profession," at the 17th annual Screen Actors Guild Awards on Jan. 30.

In announcing the choice, SAG president Ken Howard said, "Whether portraying brutish villains, sympathetic everymen, complex leaders or hapless heroes, Ernest Borgnine has brought a boundless energy which, at 93, is still a hallmark of his remarkably busy life and career."
