Family Film Guide: 'Trouble With the Curve'

What you should know: Clint Eastwood plays a baseball scout whose failing eyesight prompts his lawyer-daughter (Amy Adams) to join him on the road as he watches a hotshot high school player.
Language: One f-word, a dozen uses of profanity and a liberal sprinkling of milder four-letter words.
Sexual situations: Kisses exchanged after a couple strip to underwear and go swimming.
Violence/scary situations: A doctor tells Mr. Eastwood's character he may have macular degeneration or glaucoma and he needs to see a specialist. Mr. Eastwood overreacts to a stranger mildly flirting with his daughter and throws him up against a wall and threatens him with a beer bottle. A car accident lands someone in the emergency room, and there is talk about the death of the elderly scout's wife many years earlier and a recollection about a disturbing encounter involving a child.
Alcohol and drug use: A couple of scenes are set in a bar and characters are seen drinking beer, wine and hard liquor.
