The widow of Travis Barker's assistant, "Lil Chris" Baker, is suing a bunch of folks over the airplane crash that claimed the life of her husband.
Travis and DJ AM were seriously injured in the Sept. 19 accident and are still recovering from the burns they suffered.
Anyway, Otilia Villar Baker has filed suit in Los Angles Superior Court against Clay Lacy Aviation, Goodyear Tire and Rubber, Bombardier Inc., Global Exec Aviation and Inter Travel & Services, claiming they all contributed to the crash.
These are the same companies Travis sued last month.

Are Tony Romo and Jessica Simpson planning to jump the broom?
You know, we don't know.
But In Touch Weekly is reporting that Auntie Jess and her Dallas QB boyfriend have talked about having children, and she wants to buck the celebrity trend and get married before she gets pregnant.
A friend says both are committed to a future together, so that may spell wedding bells next year.
We'll have to stay tuned.
Now comes the hard part.
This is my last The Good, The Bad & The Beautiful column.
I've greatly enjoyed writing it. But what's been even more gratifying is hearing from all the folks who e-mail or call or stop me on the street to tell me they enjoy reading it.
That's been very humbling for a little old girl from Chester, Pa.
I've gotten to interview some really marvelous people like Robert Wagner (he sounds as suave on the phone as he does on TV, just a perfect gentleman); Terrence Howard (can you say hypnotized; still ain't over that one); Smokey Robinson (love me some him); Harry Belafonte (still ain't over him, either); Aida Turturro (wonderful spirit); Kimberley Locke (a very cool sister); Lisa Ling, Howard Hewitt, Lenny Williams, Bobby Womack, Taylor Dayne, Tim Reid, Tom Dreesen, Isaac Hayes, Steve Harvey, Tommy Smothers, Bill Cosby.
For some reason I almost always end up interviewing men. Hmmm.
Anyway, perhaps you'll hear from me again, because you know Bobby Brown and Amy Winehouse aren't going to act right.
But let's pray they do.
Peace and blessings always.
