A representative for Willie Nelson says the country music legend is feeling better after canceling a weekend performance and will be back on the road, Associated Press reports.
Nelson, 79, was scheduled to perform Saturday at a private home in Castle Pines Village, Colo. The benefit was for an organization that provides animal care and shelter in the Denver area.
The host of the fundraiser, Fred Bartlit, told The Denver Post that he was informed that Nelson was taken to the hospital after having trouble breathing.
But Elaine Shock said Monday that Nelson was not hospitalized, and no other concerts will be canceled. His next performance is scheduled for today in Dallas.
Nicki Minaj sings about "Starships," but is she a star-maker? The singer-rapper could be joining the ranks of "American Idol" judges.
A person close to Minaj said Monday the 29-year-old entertainer has been in talks to judge the Fox TV competition and that a deal is in the works. The person spoke on condition of anonymity because that person was not authorized to publicly discuss the matter.
The Fox network said it had no comment.
If Minaj signs on, she would join Mariah Carey as a new judge on "Idol," which returns in January.
Three years after Rihanna was beaten by then-boyfriend Chris Brown, the singer says she still "truly" loves him, People reports.
Rihanna welcomed Oprah Winfrey to her home in Barbados for an emotional interview -- which aired on "Oprah's Next Chapter Sunday" -- where the singer spoke at length about her relationship with Brown.
"I'm single, but we have maintained a very close friendship since the restraining order has been dropped," the 24-year-old told Oprah. "It's not easy."
The Grammy award winner also confirmed what many had suspected -- that the former couple reconnected in St. Tropez earlier this year.
"We went to a mutual friend's party on a yacht. It's awkward because I still love him," she said, adding that when she's around Brown she has to "maintain this poker face."
During the sit-down Rihanna said she is still concerned about Brown's welfare.
"I truly love him," she continued. "And the main thing for me is that he is at peace. I'm not at peace if he is unhappy or he is still lonely. I care. It actually matters that he finds peace."

Lisa Whelchel, the former teen actress who played Blair for nine seasons -- from 1979-88 -- will compete against 17 other contestants on "Survivor: Philippines." Now 49, Whelchel is a prominent Christian author and mother of three.
But the actress won't be the only player to try to backstab and scheme her way to a $1 million prize on the 25th season of the long-running show.
Former San Francisco Giants second baseman Jeff Kent and 2011 Miss Delaware USA Katie Hanson will also be competing, along with a sex therapist, a track coach, a cosmetologist and a seminary student.
"Survivor: Phillipines" will premiere with a special 90-minute episode Sept. 19 on CBS.
"Real Housewife" Caroline Manzo wants to tell it straight.
The brash star of "Real Housewives of New Jersey" has a book deal for "Let Me Tell You Something," in which she will give life lessons on family, friendship and long-term happiness. It Books, an imprint of HarperCollins Publishers, announced Monday that the book will come out March 26, the AP reports.
Manzo, who turns 51 next week, has been married since 1984 to Albert Manzo, who runs The Brownstone, an event and catering facility in Paterson, N.J. They have three children.
Some Russian activists have sued Madonna for millions of dollars, claiming they were offended by her support for gay rights during a recent concert in St. Petersburg, the AP reports.
Anti-gay sentiment is strong in Russia. In St. Petersburg, a law passed in February makes it illegal to promote homosexuality to minors, and the author of that law has pointed to the presence of children as young as 12 at Madonna's concert on Aug. 9.
Russian news agencies quote Alexander Pochuyev, a lawyer representing the nine activists, as saying the suit was filed Friday against Madonna, the organizer of her concert, and the hall where it was held, asking for damages totaling 333 million rubles, or nearly $10.5 million.
The complaint includes a video taken at the concert showing Madonna stomping on an Orthodox cross and asking fans to raise their hands to show the pink armbands in support of gays and lesbians that were distributed among the audience, the AP reported.
Madonna also has angered conservative Russians with her support for Pussy Riot. Three members of the punk band were sentenced Friday to two years in prison for a protest inside Moscow's main cathedral against Vladimir Putin and his cozy relationship with the Russian Orthodox Church.
Madonna spoke out in support of the group during her concert in St. Petersburg and two days earlier in Moscow. After the verdict was issued, Madonna called on "all those who love freedom to condemn this unjust punishment."
