She's a mom -- for the third time!
Uma Thurman delivered a baby girl on Sunday, her rep confirms to People. "Mom and baby are doing well," the rep says.
This is Thurman's first child with financier Arpad Busson; Thurman, 42, is already mom to daughter Maya, 14, and son Levon, 10, with ex-husband Ethan Hawke.
She and Busson, 49, began dating in 2007 and, after a brief split in 2009, have been together since.
Busson is already dad to sons Flynn, 14, and Cy, 91/2, with ex-fiancee Elle MacPherson.

Sylvester Stallone is mourning the "agonizing loss" of his son Sage Moonblood Stallone, who was found dead Friday in his Hollywood home at age 36, People reports.
"When a parent loses a child there is no greater pain," the actor, 66, says in a statement released to TMZ.com. "Therefore I am imploring people to respect my talented son's memory and feel compassion for his loving mother, Sasha."
Stallone adds that his and his first wife's grief is all-encompassing.
"This agonizing loss will be felt for the rest of our lives," he says. "Sage was our first child and the center of our universe, and I am humbly begging for all to have my son's memory and soul left in peace."
Stallone also asked the media to stop speculating on the cause and other details of Sage's death.
An autopsy was performed Sunday. Full results will not be know for several weeks, the coroner said.

Katy Perry and Russell Brand are officially no longer a part of each other.
E! News has confirmed that the "Part of Me" singer's marriage to the British funnyman came to a hard, court-sanctioned end Monday, closing the book on one of showbiz's oddest couples, whose 14-month union seemed to end as quickly as it began.
The couple reached an agreement about their divorce in February but, per California law, had to wait for six months for the union to be officially dissolved.
The duo married on Oct. 23, 2010, but Brand filed for divorce in December the following year, citing irreconcilable differences.
And although they officially became single today, that hasn't stopped either from jumping back into the dating pool: Back in March, Perry burned up the Paris party scene with hottie French model Baptiste Giabiconi and then, just a month later, was spotted packing on the PDA with Florence + the Machine guitarist Robert Ackroyd at Coachella.
Brand, meanwhile, was linked to Hungarian model Nikolett Barabas in March.
That doesn't mean there isn't some remorse, though: In May, the funnyman confessed to Ellen DeGeneres his affection for his ex, saying, "I still love her as a human being" and added that he's only got "love and positivity for her."

The only thing tighter than their lips are their abs, but the cast of "True Blood" let a few spoilers slip Saturday during a panel at Comic-Con -- and it looks like Bon Temps is in store for a particularly steamy summer, People reports.
"I sexually eviscerate another cast member in one of the episodes coming up," werewolf hunk Joe Manganiello revealed, after showing off his body-rolling skills to the packed room of thousands of fans.
But the lucky lady in question may not be Anna Paquin's Sookie Stackhouse, who got hot and heavy with Manganiello's Alcide Herveaux earlier this season.
Series creator Alan Ball teased that three new romantic relationships -- not just casual couplings -- will develop throughout the course of the season.
Ball wouldn't address the specifics, but he did promise fans were in store for some steamy scenes.
"There are some very hot sex scenes and there are some wacky, 'What the [expletive]?' crazy [scenes]," Ball told fans. "Between those two, I think all tastes will be satisfied."

France's far-right National Front said Sunday that it plans to sue Madonna after the singer showed a video at a Paris concert that contained an image of the party's leader with a swastika on her forehead.
The video has been shown at other concerts on the singer's tour, and the party has expressed its outrage before, warning that it would take action if the video was shown in France. On Saturday night, Madonna played it at the Stade de France.
National Front spokesman Alain Vizier said Sunday that the party would file a complaint in French court next week for "insults."
Party leader Marine Le Pen is briefly pictured in the video during a montage in which famous faces -- or parts of faces -- morph one into the next. Soon after Le Pen's face flashes up, Madonna's face follows with Hitler's mustache.
Le Pen, who inherited control of the party from her father, Jean-Marie, has tried to shed the National Front's image as racist and anti-Semitic, especially during her recent failed bid for president. But she has maintained a hard line on immigrants, saying France has too many and criticizing many Muslims, in particular, for insufficiently assimilating into French culture.
Meanwhile, anti-racism group SOS Racisme expressed its support for Madonna on Sunday, commending her for her "resolutely anti-racist and feminist discourse."

Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band pulled out all the stops for U.K. fans in London's famed green space on Saturday night during a gig at the Hard Rock Calling Festival when they invited fellow rock legend Paul McCartney to join them onstage for an encore of some Beatles tunes, E! News reports.
Trouble is the Boss didn't bother to run it by promoters, who had a strict curfew to enforce.
Telling the record crowd of 76,000 that he'd been waiting 50 years to do this, New Jersey's favorite son brought the former moptop up for a rollicking run through "I Saw Her Standing There" and "Twist and Shout." But alas, little did Springsteen realize that by then the show was blowing past its scheduled 10:30 p.m. end time.
Consequently, according to the Guardian, just as he and McCartney were about to launch into yet another ditty, instead of letting the all-star jam play out, concert organizers shut it down entirely, cutting power to his microphone.
"Dancing in the Dark" indeed.
Those in attendance had to watch Springsteen suffer through the embarrassment of talking without the audience even hearing him before Bruce finally got the message and walked off to a chorus of whistles and boos.
Live Nation, which promoted the gig, called the incident "unfortunate."
"It was unfortunate that the three hour-plus performance by Bruce Springsteen was stopped right at the very end, but the curfew is laid down by the authorities in the interest of the public's health and safety," the company said on its website.
