Another man on Monday sued the former Elmo puppeteer who resigned amid sex abuse allegations, claiming the voice actor befriended him in Miami and promised to be a father figure before flying the teen to New York to have sex with him.

The alleged victim is now the fourth to accuse Kevin Clash, who resigned from "Sesame Street" last month after 28 years. The three legal actions filed so far have been civil cases seeking financial compensation.

But the incident with the latest victim, referred to only as S.M., could involve criminal charges because the lawsuit claims Clash transported him across state lines for the purpose of engaging in sexual activity.

Attorney Jeff Herman said he encouraged his client to report the incident to authorities but it's unclear if the now-33-year-old alleged victim has done so.

Sexual abuse allegations against Clash triggered a media frenzy last month. He quickly denied the first claim, which was recanted the next day. But Clash then resigned after a 24-year-old college student, Cecil Singleton, sued him for $5 million, saying the actor engaged in sexual behavior with him when he was 15.

Singleton claims the voice actor met him in New York a dozen years ago after trolling gay telephone chat lines and seeking underage boys for sex.

In the latest case, the plaintiff said Clash approached him on Miami Beach, complimented his appearance and struck up a friendship. Clash returned home to New York, but stayed in touch with the teen, promising to be a dad to him. The youth, who was 16 or 17 at the time, had been molested by a teacher and was considering running away from home, according to the lawsuit.

Scarlett Johansson is guaranteed a minimum of $40,000 a week to add a dose of sex and glamour to the battered Broadway season in "Cat on a Hot Tin Roof," according to offering papers distributed to investors.

The base weekly pay for Broadway actors is $1,754. The offering papers illustrate how celebrities are rewarded and still have an incentive to fill seats.

The Tennessee Williams revival begins previews on Dec. 18. By then, two new plays and one musical will have made hasty exits, with "Chaplin" due to close Jan. 6.

The 28-year-old movie star, playing the seductive and neglected wife Maggie, can earn more should "Cat" sell. She won't match Al Pacino's $125,000 salary for "Glengarry Glen Ross" unless "Cat" becomes a "Glengarry"-scale hit, according to Roof Theatricals L.P. papers obtained by Bloomberg News.

Johansson won a Tony Award for her 2010 Broadway debut, a revival of Arthur Miller's "A View From the Bridge" directed by Gregory Mosher, in which she co-starred with Liev Schreiber.

"People really want to see Scarlett Johansson," said Annette Niemtzow, a producer on "Leap of Faith" and "Frost/Nixon" who isn't involved with "Cat." "She's proved her chops and they want to see how she'll do in a starring role. Maggie the cat is one of the great sexual roles."

Demi Moore has already split with her 26-year-old beau Vito Schnabel, the son of art collector Julian Schnabel. They started dating in November after meeting at Art Basel.

The New York Post reports that Vito called it off with Moore, 50, after she displayed some bizarre behavior at a party last week in Miami with Lenny Kravitz.

She's reportedly not yet over her ex, Ashton Kucher, 34, who is involved with his former "That 70s Show" cast member Mila Kunis.

Alicia Keys recently chopped off most of her hair, and the singer is looking to go even shorter.

The R&B superstar debuted her bob hairdo this summer. In a recent interview, Keys said she wants to go "even shorter."

When asked if she would shave her head, the 31-year-old replied: "I'm thinking about something like that. I'm telling you. I'm going there. I'm doing it."

The Grammy-winning Keys arrived on the music scene in 2001 with braids, and she has mostly worn her hair long. She says with her new cut, she's able to do more with her hair.

If she shaves her head, she'll follow a list of celebrities including Natalie Portman, India.Arie, Chrisette Michelle and Kellie Pickler.

She didn't have any morning sickness, but she did feel rage during her whole pregnancy, says Pink in sympathizing with the ailing Duchess of Cambridge who is suffering from acute morning sickness.

Pink told the London Mirror that she devoured a whole cheesecake in one sitting and gained 60 pounds.

"I didn't have morning sickness at all, I just had genuine rage throughout my pregnancy," said the singer, 33. "I'm talking 28 Days Later rage. Demonic eyes. I wanted to kill everybody," she told the Mirror.

Now a happy mom to 18-month-old Willow, the former gymnast is back in shape, thanks to tons of core workouts, and she's ready to tour in 2013 with a chart-topping (and Grammy-nominated) album, "The Truth of Love."

Busy Philipps, the actress in "Cougar Town," and her husband Marc Silverstein are expecting their second child, her rep confirms to People.com.

They have a daughter, Birdie Leigh, 4. Philipps announced her good news via Twitter on Monday, posting a picture of her positive pregnancy test.
