ORLANDO, Fla. -- The Steelers received three more picks in the April 22-24 NFL draft today as the league doled out 32 compensatory draft picks to 19 different teams.

The Steelers gained two draft choices in the fifth round and one in the seventh, which gives them 10 overall.

Their additional picks are the Nos. 164, 166 and 242 overall.

Compensatory picks are determined by the unrestricted free agents lost vs. signed last year. The Steelers lost cornerback Bryant McFadden, wide receiver Nate Washington and quarterback Byron Leftwich and signed none.
