PG's annual trout photo contest kicks off

Show off your catch in the Post-Gazette's annual Trout Photo Contest. A new self-publishing feature enables anglers to post their digital photos on the paper's website and view and rate the photos of other readers.

To enter through May 19, visit www.post-gazette.com/troutcontest. Open "Submit a Photo" and follow the prompts to upload .jpg and text. Digital photos only. Include name, age for kids, town, species, body of water, optional details of the catch and phone number (not for publication).

Winning photos in the categories Big Fish, Kidstuff and Artsy Shots, plus interviews with the winners, will be published May 26.
