Jimmy Perkins, Quaker Valley. Forward, Sr., 5-8, 160. The leading scorer in the PIHL's top three classifications with 49 goals and 86 points.

Connor Quinn, Quaker Valley. Forward, Soph., 5-9, 170. Finished second to Perkins in Class A in points with 84; scored five goals in the Penguins Cup title game.

Cole Hepler, Freeport. Forward, Sr., 5-11, 165. Third in Class A in goals (35) and points (60), helping Yellowjackets reach Penguins Cup semifinals.

Ryan Lottes, Quaker Valley, Defenseman, Sr., 5-11, 185. The captain and top defenseman for the stingiest team in Class A, Lottes also scored 38 points.

Kyle Cunningham, Pine-Richland. Defenseman, Sr., 5-7, 175. A two-time all-star, Cunningham was second among Class AAA defensemen in points (23).

Bradford Thornburgh, North Allegheny. Goaltender, Sr., 5-11, 155. Thornburgh led Class AAA in save percentage (.922) and shutouts (three) during regular season.
