Raegan Moore scored a game-high 25 points, including five 3-pointers, and Belma Nurkic scored 14 off the bench and added six assists Wednesday as Duquesne defeated Buffalo, 78-55, at Palumbo Center.

Kristen Sharkey had a team-high 16 points for the Bulls (2-2).

The Dukes (3-2), who led for all but 1:45 of the game, saw their advantage cut to 21-16 in the first half. But Duquesne finished 16-6 run to lead at halftime, 37-23.

Quick baskets from Wumi Agunbiade and Moore opened the second half, and when Moore made her fourth 3-pointer of the game, the Dukes were comfortably in front, 52-37.

"Our assistant coach Eddie Benton had us completely prepared for everything that they ran. I am very pleased with the scout," said coach Dan Burt.

"Raegan Moore has another terrific game for us and it was good to see Belma Nurkic shoot the ball well for us."
