Jim Ferry added two more players to the Dukes today as he received verbal commitments from junior college point guard Tra'Vaughn White and point guard Desmond Ridenour from Cleveland Benedictine high school and MACK prep.

The two players are expected to sign their letters of intent with the Dukes on April 17, the first day of the spring signing period, and both will join the team for the 2013-14 season.

White, who is from Kansas City and is listed anywhere from 5-foot-8 to 5-foot-10, originally signed with Sam Houston State in 2011 but played the last two seasons at Independence Community College in Kansas. This past season he led the nation in scoring at 26.1 ppg.

Ridenour originally committed to Dayton in 2012 but academic issues forced him to to MACK prep for a year. He also had scholarship offers from Akron, Kent and TCU but Ferry was able to convince him to play for the Dukes.
