The World of Outlaws make their first Western Pennsylvania appearance of 2002 in the Commonwealth Clash Tuesday night at Lernerville Speedway. The points leader heading into this weekend, Danny Lasoski, who drives a car owned by NASCAR star Tony Stewart, never has won at the Sarver oval but aims to change that this week.
