The Atlantic Coast Conference announced its bowl lineup for the coming year Monday, giving Pitt its potential postseason goals in heading into its new conference this season.

The league has eight guaranteed bowl spots and one additional conditional contract.

As is customary, the ACC champion -- if not selected for the BCS National Championship Game -- will play in the Orange Bowl.

The league's other bowls, in their selection order for ACC teams, are the Chick-fil-A Bowl, the Russell Athletic Bowl, the Hyundai Sun Bowl, the Belk Bowl, the Franklin American Mortgage Music City Bowl, the AdvoCare V100 Bowl and the Military Bowl.

The league also announced a conditional agreement with the Kraft Fight Hunger Bowl. If the Pac-12 or BYU cannot supply an team for its slot and the ACC has enough bowl-eligible teams, the ACC would take that spot.

All of the league's games, except for the Orange Bowl (Jan. 3), will take place between Dec. 27 and Dec. 31. The Sun Bowl will be televised on CBS and all the other games will be broadcast nationally on ESPN.
