About 275 browsers gave two green thumbs up to Mt. Lebanon Library's Garden Party Saturday. Cold beer and white wine were favorite picks on a hot night in the library's courtyard garden, but inside, the big draw was silent auction items such as four yards of hardwood mulch and a 15-foot-tall white birch tree. Leading the readers were library director Cynthia Richey with Jerry, Beth Evans and Mike Blehar, Elaine and Jim Cappucci and chairs Deb Smit (with Johan) and Jane Broeren (with Jack).
