It really was "An Evening to Remember" for the 25th gala to benefit Monongahela Valley Hospital at the Westin Convention Center Saturday night. What made the party so special was an impromptu guest drummer, the president and CEO of Mon-Vale Health Resources Inc., Louis Panza Jr. He had people on their feet when he played two sets with the Finesse Superband. You know it's a great time when the dance floor is packed until midnight. The event netted $129,000 for the hospital. The total over 25 years is $2.529 million. Honored during the event were First Federal Savings Bank, represented by CEO Patrick O'Brien, Dr. Nirmal Kotwal, Jeff M. Kotula and Carl Crawley Jr. Among those celebrating were board chair Jack Fry, Dr. S.P. Hewie, Dr. Walter Cox and MVH board vice chair Carlyn Belczyk.
