The Junta, a men's discourse group founded in 1882 and modeled after Benjamin Franklin's Junto Club of Philadelphia, held its 131st Annual Banquet Tuesday at the Pittsburgh Golf Club. William Woys Weaver from the Keystone Center for the Study of Regional Foods and Food Tourism was the guest speaker and designed a menu that showcased the foods of Colonial Pennsylvania.
