Pirates' Ohlendorf coming off disabled list

MILWAUKEE - Right-handed Pirates pitcher Ross Ohlendorf has been recalled from rehab, reinstated from the 60 day disabled list and optioned to AAA Indianapolis. He has been recovering from a right shoulder injury.

To make room on the 40-man roster, the Pirates have designated pitcher Tim Wood for assignment.

Ohlendorf's next scheduled start date at Indianapolis is to be determined.

Also, the rehab assignments of infielder Chase d'Arnaud and outfielder Alex Presley have been transferred from Bradenton to Indianapolis.
