Weekend DUI patrols planned in city

Pittsburgh police will set up sobriety checkpoints and conduct roving DUI patrols this weekend, the department announced today.

The enforcement will be done from 11 p.m. to 4 a.m. and will focus on the South Hills and West End sections of the city. Pittsburgh police are part of the Western Alliance/Team DUI program with state police and several local departments.
