The woman known as the "Monroeville Madam" for operating an escort business serving professional athletes, businessmen and public figures, faces trial in October on new charges of prostitution.

This time, Amy B. Schifano, 34, was arrested during a sting operation with the Green Tree police.

According to an affidavit of probable cause, Green Tree police Chief Andrew Lisiecki called the phone number in an ad offering the services of "All Natural Natalie."

An hour after he called and spoke to the woman, she met him at a hotel near Parkway Center Mall.

"She embraced me, and stated I smelled good. I replied so did she," the chief wrote.

As he removed his shoes, he continued, Ms. Schifano removed her clothes. He paid her $240 in cash, and an arrest team moved in and took the woman into custody. She was charged with promoting prostitution, prostitution and possessing an instrument of crime, in this case, a cell phone.

Ms. Schifano, who will have a nonjury trial on the new charges Oct. 21, is being held at the State Correctional Institution Cambridge Springs in Crawford County.

She previously pleaded guilty of running an illegal escort service and selling cocaine in June 2007. Ms. Schifano, who ran the service with former boyfriend and NFL lineman John Robert "Buck" Buczkowski, was sentenced to 18 months in prison.
